A company ID is used for tax identification, financial transactions, legal purposes, and other official documentation. It is often required by government agencies, banks, and other financial institutions for identification and verification purposes.
When a company ID is lost, stolen, or destroyed the company management requires an affidavit of loss before issuing a replacement.
